How do I confirm my date?
Please call us to confirm your date at your earliest convenience. There are certain times of the year that we are extremely busy. The sooner you book your date, the better your chances are that we can get your preferred date scheduled.

How much space do we need?
We generally use an area of approximately 6 ft x 8 ft  space for larger groups or multiple machines. For smaller groups we require and area of 5 ft x 6 ft. If we are in a carpeted area we will cover it with plastic to protect it!

What requirements do we have?
Our espresso machines take quite a bit of power to brew that awesome stuff! We need a dedicated 20 AMP electrical outlet (Normal 110 outlet). Chances are that we will trip a breaker if on the same circuit as a fridge or microwave that is in use. We can discuss this when we book your date!

We also like to know in advance if we will have any stairs that we may have to navigate (so we can bring our strongest employees). Our commercial Espresso Machines weigh close to 80 pounds!
 
Please note that our equipment does make some noise. So please take that into consideration when choosing the location you will have us set up in.

What is your payment/deposit/refund policy?
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. Your date will not be confirmed until your deposit is received. An additional contract will be required for weddings and large events. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change your date, deposits can be applied towards another date within a 3 month time period of the original scheduled date.

Are there any other costs or fees?
The price on this site does not include local tax or gratuity if you choose to give one. If you are located downtown or outside of the Denver Metro area there may be a trip charge, or surcharge for parking (downtown). We will let you know this ahead of time, so no surprises!

Do you supply cups?
We supply disposable 8 oz cups with our service. Compostable cups are available by request, and may be an additional charge. We also offer china, or glass Irish Coffee cups for an additional rental fee. 



Cake FAQ's

How do I order a cake?
We do not have any cakes pre-made for sale. Every cake we make is custom made to order. Please contact us so we can design your custom cake.

How much will my cake cost?
Because our cakes are completely custom made, and priced individually by the complexity of their design, we do not have a standard price list.
Do you Deliver?
Yes we will deliver your cake for free within a 15 mile radius of 80013. Deliveries outside of the 15 mile radius will incur a mileage fee. While it is generally not a problem for our customers to transport a smaller cake, we recommend you have Sinfully Delicious Catering deliver 3D, Stacked, Tiered, or Wedding cakes. Any cakes that are self transported are at your own risk.

What is your Payment/Deposit/Refund policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at least two weeks prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit.Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. Cake orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full by cash or credit card at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided Sinfully Delicious Catering is notified at least five (5) business days prior to the event. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within five (5) business days of the event.

Can I visit your shop?
We are a very small, and busy shop. We operate out of a commercial kitchen and do not have a store front. So, sorry the answer is no. We will set up your conusultation and get plenty of face time then, and also on the date we deliver for your special event!
